Dudomi is Turkey’s youngest and coolest noodle brand, making its debut in sales channels in 2022. Developed to meet the expectations of young noodle lovers, Dudomi is prepared with a variety of delicious, innovative sauces inspired by world cuisines. Although we are a young brand, we draw our strength from Eriş, founded in 1920 and now one of the largest flour producers in our country.

At Dudomi, all our production processes are meticulously managed in accordance with Halal Food and Safe Food criteria. For this reason, none of our products contain colorants, preservatives, or flavor enhancers. The entire Dudomi family is offered to consumers with BRCGS Food Safety and GIMDES Halal Food certifications.

With our newly launched sauces such as Tom Yum, Pesto, Creamy Curry Chicken Seasoning, and Noodle Love, we are taking the noodle experience to a whole new level. Inspired by the authentic flavors of world cuisines, these special sauces further elevate Dudomi’s young, dynamic, and innovative spirit.
