Maison Corsiglia is a family business founded in 1896 in Marseille by André Corsiglia, following his apprenticeship with his uncle in New York.
Specialising in the production of marrons glacés, candied chestnuts in syrup, chestnut cream, paste and purée, as well as candied citrus peel, the company is now run by the sixth generation.
Maison Corsiglia is renowned for the quality of its products, the guaranteed origin of its raw materials and its commitment to traditional candying methods.
We supply exclusively to the trade and operate in over 33 countries, combining traditional expertise with innovation.
