Bastiaansen, organic and so much more. Since 1972, Bastiaansen has stood for a true passion for Dutch cheese. It all started in Jan Bastiaansen’s kitchen. What began as a family project driven by passion has grown into Bastiaansen today: a pioneering cheese producer dedicated to creating exceptional organic cheeses. At Bastiaansen, we believe in the power of working together. That is why we work closely with our partner farmers within our cooperative, nurturing respect for people, animals and nature every day.

At Bastiaansen, organic goes far beyond EU standards. For us, cheese is a true experience, from pasture to plate. Our cows, sheep and goats roam on natural organic pastures, rich in herbs and aromatic plants, lovingly maintained by our farmers.
