Boquerones Solevante is a family-owned company dedicated to the artisanal production of semi-preserved fish products, located in the province of Alicante, Spain. Led by the third generation of a family with extensive experience in the seafood industry, we stand out for our professionalism, close customer relationships, and ability to adapt to our clients’ needs.
Our flagship product is marinated anchovies in vinegar. Caught in the Cantabrian Sea and carefully selected every year, they are renowned for their size, premium quality, and outstanding flavour.
Another of our specialties is “Capellà Torrat”, a traditional Valencian delicacy. We prepare it roasted, shredded, and packed in olive and sunflower oil, ready to enjoy.
