A family-run business established in 1967, Biscuiterie du Quercy produces its specialties using traditional recipes, free from additives or preservatives.
Rolled wafers and old-fashioned meringues remain the company's signature products. "Croustillants" (crispy treats) are the latest addition to the range, offering a wide variety of flavors. Many of the products are also available in chocolate-coated versions.
