As Beşe Helva, located in the Aegean region and carrying the legacy of nearly two centuries of culinary expertise, we continue to produce with the inspiration we inherited from our ancestors. We take justifiable pride in being one of the most established and experienced producers of helva in İzmir, a dessert that has held a special place in Turkish cuisine for centuries.

As fifth-generation producers, we pass on the culinary heritage we inherited from our grandfather, Ömer Beşe, to new generations with the same care and meticulousness.

Our biggest difference is that while bringing ancient flavors to the present day, we do not abandon traditional production methods. We preserve the mastery, patience, and quality inherent in helva; and we combine this with the hygiene and quality standards of the modern age in our facilities.

With our production approach inspired by traditional Turkish cuisine, we blend classic flavors with innovative touches; offering tastes that leave a mark on palates both in Turkey and around the world.
