EXPERTISE IN BEEF

Allan Morris has more than thirty years of experience in supplying dry-aged beef and premium Irish meats to some of the world’s most demanding chefs. His know-how is trusted in top hotels and restaurants across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

He is launching a new brand in his own name at a critical time for premium Irish beef. Its reputation is global – partly thanks to evangelists like Allan – but it’s in danger of becoming commoditised, or worse – passé.

Beef has never been more expensive – thanks to soaring demand and limits on supply. Sadly, high demand has resulted in unreliable product as suppliers cut corners and let standards slip. But as Allan knows, If there’s one thing great chefs will not tolerate it’s inconsistency.

If they can’t rely on their beef to be of the highest quality, they will pivot their menus to something else.

Allan established his eponymous brand to restore trust in dry-aged Irish beef. At Allan Morris, every cut is carefully chosen, matured, and released under Allan’s watchful eye, refined by decades of knowing exactly how beef should look, feel, cook, and taste at its peak.

We are a family-owned business with fully integrated slaughter, deboning, and maturation facilities in Ireland and Wales.

Both sites operate to the highest industry standards, with BRC AA accreditation, Bord Bia approval in Ireland, and Red Tractor certification in Wales.


Together, our operations process in excess of 105,000 cattle annually, sourced directly from trusted local farming families.


Ireland

Euro Farm Foods was established by the Fox family in 2003 and today processes over 65,000 cattle annually. In 2020, the business reached a significant milestone, processing its one-millionth bovine, reflecting decades of commitment to livestock, craftsmanship, and customer service. In 2019, the Fox family partnered with the Kerslake family to establish Euro Farm Wales in the heart of Pembrokeshire. The facility now processes more than 40,000 cattle per year, providing a strong Welsh sourcing and production platform. Our Site export code GB7226


Today, these facilities form the home of Foxgrove Premium Beef and Allan Morris Signature Beef, where exceptional cattle, expert butchery, and traditional ageing techniques combine to create beef programmes trusted by chefs, retailers, and foodservice partners around the world.
