Description :
Our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) of extreme climate 12+1 emerged as an
innovative idea and as an alternative to the production of wine that
occurs in the south of Valladolid region.
After the death of our father, we decided to undertake a risky but very
attractive agricultural project, planting olive trees in an extreme climate
to develop it.
These adverse conditions causes a limited production of our arbequina
olives trees. In this way we achieve a very healthy, fresh and sweet
(low bitter and low spicy) oil for the palate, where its fruity aromas and flavours stand out, and at the same time the characteristics of a healthy EVOO are given such as bitterness and spiciness, but very subtly. Many awards that it has repeatedly achieved attest to this.
