SIAL Paris, 60 years of sharing!
SIAL Paris 2024 was a very special year, as the show celebrated its 60th anniversary!
To celebrate this anniversary, SIAL invited exhibitors, visitors, partners, and journalists to share a unique experience. On the esplanade on Sunday, 20 October, when the show closed its doors, we discovered an immersive artistic, multimedia, and multidisciplinary show dedicated to evolution through time!

Discover EPC, an epicurean champagne!
EPC is a Champagne brand founded in 2019 as a startup model.
5 years later, EPC is one the most successful brand launches in history in wines and champagnes. EPC reinvented the Champagne value chain and was innovative in all steps (logistics, marketing, wine, communication, supply, sales). Thanks to solid winegrower partnerships, un EPC makes the consumer travel all over Champagne terroirs with the 9 cuvées representing each of them an identified terroir mainly on monogrape varietal. EPC co-create specific cuvée, in hand in hand collaboration between its cellar master and winegrower to magnify the specificities of the terroir. Winegrowers are all selected for their quality and environment concern according to the EPC model requirement. In that way, EPC gives to the consumer a strong transparency in the wines traceability, all cuvées are extra-brut (sugar) and with low additives.
The EPC model is also a way fairer for the winegrower compensation, as they are using their own production tools, so they can have a full cost management. To resume the EPC model, is answering global current consumption trends in all aspects :
