OIL SPRAYER FOR CRACKERS

The baked crackers from the oven are get sprayed with oil through high speed rotating discs.

The machine body and cabinet are made of stainless material.

The oil tank is double-walled with temperature and level adjustment.

A transparent viewing window is available.

There is wire belt for product flow and wire belt is made of stainless material.

The wire belt has speed control.

Electric control panel is located on the machine.

The filter on the oiling machine hood absorbs the air in the hood and separates the oil from the air. The separated oil is returned to the oil compartment.

There are a total of 8 discs 4 of are under the belt 4 of are above the belt.

Each disc has a separate motor.

Disks can be turned off separately via electrical control panel.

Hoses that provide oil to the discs are designed to eliminate the risk of clogging.

Equipped with 4 wheels in order to move the machine easily.
