SIAL advice for travelling safely

To facilitate your journey, remember to buy your RER return ticket in the morning to avoid queuing at the ticket desks in the evening when the exhibition closes.
The Parc des Expositions de Villepinte station is located on line B of the RER – you must pay Zone 4 – i.e., outside the centre of Paris, Ile de France – ticket prices.
Metro tickets are not valid for travelling on the RER up to the “Parc des Expositions”
RER tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable
Keep an eye on your personal belongings, and keep your bags shut so as not to attract pickpockets during your journey. Hold your bags close to you or place them at your feet. Do not hold your phone in your hand if you are standing or sitting near a train door and it is about to close.
At each entrance to the show (Hall 8, Hall 5C, Hall 6 North, and Hall 1), you'll find luggage storage for your suitcases, trolleys, and travel bags. The show's fee-paying cloakrooms are also available in the reception gallery (between Hall 2 and Hall 3, Hall 5A, Hall 7).

How to get to SIAL by public transports?

Public transport from Paris

Itinerary: Join line B of the RER – direction “Aéroport Roissy-Charles de Gaulle” and get off at the “Parc des Expositions” station.
Journey time: About 20 minutes from the centre of Paris; a train leaves every 7 minutes all day, 7.00–20.00

Public transport from Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport

If you are arriving at the CDG1 terminal: take the airport shuttle to the RER station in CDG2
If you are arriving by plane at the CDG2 terminal: go to the TGV/RER station situated in the building (between terminals CD and EF), then take the RER – direction Paris, and get off at the “Parc des Expositions” station
If you are arriving by TGV (fast train): change for the RER, which leaves from the same station.
The Roissy-Charles de Gaulle TGV station serves 50 towns in France.

Public transport from Orly Airport

Itinerary: Take the line 14, change at Châtelet, and take the RER line B – direction Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport. Get off at the “Parc des Expositions” station.
Journey time: About 50 minutes from Orly. Tickets can be purchased in all metro and RER stations.

How to get to SIAL by shuttles?

To make your journeys between Paris and the SIAL in the exhibition center of Paris Nord Villepinte, we offer you shuttles by bus.

Practical, departures are every 10 minutes from 7:30 am to 11:30 am

Once you arrive at SIAL Paris, you have to leave your luggage in the lockers.

How to get to SIAL by car?

From Paris: Take the A1 or A3 motorways, then the A104 slip road – direction Soissons. Follow signs for “Parc des Expositions” (if there is a traffic jam on the A1, take the Le Bourget exit and reach the Parc via the N2, N370, and CD40 roads).
From Paris Bercy, Orly, and the A6 motorway: Use the A4, then the A86 and A3 motorways (if the A6 junction is congested, continue up to the A104), and take the Parc des Expositions exit.
From Roissy and Lille: Take the A1, then the A104 motorways, and take the Parc des Expositions exit.
From Nancy/Metz: Take the A4, then the A104 motorways, and take the Parc des Expositions exit.

Exit from the Parc des Expositions

When leaving the convention centre, a second route is available to reach the A104 – direction Lille/Brussels.

If there is traffic congestion, however, you can use the A3 and join the A1 via Garonor.

Are you an exhibitor?

Car parking passes for the duration of the event are on sale in your exhibitor area. Make sure you buy them before the show begins.

Exhibitor car parks are open from 7am to 11pm every day during the exhibition.

Please note that the car parks are not guarded. Valuables should not be left in clear view inside vehicles.

Exhibitors will be invited to use their "nearest" car, subject to availabily (see general map)

For exhibitors of hall 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A, 5B, 5C and 6: follow signs to "Parc des Expositions (exposants-livraisons)"

For exhibitors of hall 6B, 7, and 8: follow signs to "Parc des Expositions - VISITEURS"

To avoid losing your vehicle, remember to geolocate it.

Consult the parking rates:

0 hours to 6 hours: €0.80 per 15 minutes
From the 7^th to the 24^th hours: €20.00
Every additional 24 hours interval: €20.00
Lost ticket/flat rate per 24 hours: €20.00
Coaches/daily rate: €40.00 including VAT

Each 15 minutes interval begun is due in full, time intervals add up.

How to get to SIAL by taxi?

The taxi rank for drop-off, pick-up and booked taxis is located to the north of the exhibition centre (near halls 5B and 5C): Taxi terminal T3

Another taxi rank is available in the reception gallery (next to halls 3 and 4): Taxi terminals T1 and T2.

For disabled visitors, a Taxi horizon service is available.

SIAL Paris is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Disabled parking spaces are available in car parks P1 (16) and P3 (8). A PRM shuttle bus will take you from your parking spot to the entrance you require. To contact them, call 06 14 16 93 84.
At the entrance to Hall 1 and Hall 5C, there is a PRM welcome desk dedicated to people with reduced mobility (accessibility information, provision of wheelchairs, etc.).
