In addition to visits in 2016 by François Hollande, President of the French Republic, and Manuel Valls, Prime Minister, SIAL welcomed 16 ministers, secretaries of state and vice-ministers from countries as diverse as Spain, Georgia, the Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Germany, Hungary, Argentina, Iran, India, the United Kingdom, and more, not forgetting the visits of 70 ambassadors et minister-plenipotentiaries from many countries, namely a total of 125 official delegations.

The Consumer Goods Forum

SIAL 2016 duly welcomed the members of the Consumer Goods Forum. This global independent network, operated on a basis of equal representation, groups together consumer goods players and the senior management and executives of more than 650 businesses – from distribution, manufacturing, service provision and other segments – from 70 different countries.
