"An ideal place to highlight food excellence" according to LDC

We come to SIAL because this exhibition has a strong international reputation

The hotspot for food innovation

But LDC also comes to Paris to attend the world's largest food innovation show. Each year in its Hall of Innovations, the show showcases a selection of products hand-picked by a panel of experts, products that consumers will find on their plates tomorrow. "Each time we enter the competition, we present the most inventive products from our leading brands - Le Gaulois, Loué, Maitre-Coq, Marie, Nature & Respect, or Prim's... We adopt this approach because innovation is an integral part of our Group's strategy," explains Anne-Elise Herrault.

But just like in the life of an individual, there are also highlights in the everyday life of a company. "For us, SIAL Paris is definitely a key moment for us, since the show allows us to enhance the visibility of the Group and of its offering on the European and international scene. This way, we can showcase the excellence of our French supply chains, in terms of both diversity and unrivalled quality on a global scale," emphasizes Anne-Elise.

Giving meaning to food

This positioning is well suited to this Group, which focuses on quality and respect for nature. "SIAL Paris has done a good job of setting the tone by promoting taste, truth and meaning. At our end, our teams are committed to working hard every day to develop our supply chains and the quality of our products, from the field to the plate. For example, through an approach to promote animal welfare or through our adherence to the French nutritional charter for healthy eating (this entails eliminating controversial additives or reducing salt and fat levels)".

To top it all off, LDC is also committed to using "Clean Label" ingredients, and to mitigating the environmental impact of its activities... through the reforestation of our livestock farms, the installation of wind turbines and solar panels, but also the transition to new eco-designed and recyclable packaging.
