Can we please everyone?": Cooked ham with ajoli with extra virgin olive oil flavored with garlic, spelled with organic artichokes, spicy anchovies and croutons; "Simple steps, great flavors": Fusilli in cheese and pepper, with egg, raw ham, Pecorino and Zingara mix; Gran Riserva 1 year aged Carnaroli Rice with pumpkin cream, balsamic vinegars of Modena and pistachio grains.'
