Aceto Balsamico del Duca at Sial 2018: new products, ancient know-how

On the occasion of Sial 2018, the International Food Exhibition of Paris, Aceto Balsamico del Duca presents its latest creation in Europe: The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena "since 1891" aged over three years in oak barrels.
The company, that today represents the experience of four generations, rediscovered an ancient recipe of the founder, Adriano Grosoli, dating back to 1891. It processed some focal points and, now, it is proud to present a unique product, aged for a long period in barrel and guaranteed by the P.G.I. certification.
Aceto Balsamico del Duca is history: it is attested by the entry into the register of the Modena Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1891 and by the recognition obtained by the prestigious "Italian Historic Companies Union", that, after strict controls, decreed the admission among its members. The association brings together identities with international prestige, culturally inspired brands with considerable worth in the productive and commercial aspects.
From 1891 until today, a long history of sacrifices and achievements, strictly linked to the area of Modena, has accompanied Grosoli family's entrepreneurial activity, that, in 2018, is going to restore the ancient premises, where 600 small barrels made with different types of woods are being used.
The renewed rooms will welcome numerous tourists and enthusiasts, who, every year, arrive in Spilamberto for a unique sensory and cultural route to discover the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
At the booth of Aceto Balsamico del Duca, you will have the chance to get to know the new product "since 1891" aged, which has already been finalist at the Italian Food Awards USA 2018 in New York and has now applied for the Sial Innovation Awards in two categories. You will enjoy and appreciate its intense perfume, its full body and its extraordinary harmony.
