Bruce Cost Ginger Ale is a Brooklyn-based craft beverage maker of unfiltered ginger ales. Made with whole fresh ginger and pure cane sugar, it is refreshing straight up or as a mixer. Our story starts in 2010 inside a small space shared with a noodle and dumpling factory in East Williamsburg. Selling to local corner shops throughout NYC at first, Bruce Cost Ginger Ale is now also found in major retailers, such as Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, Cost Plus World Market, BevMo!, and Fairway. When it came time to expand our operation, we stayed true to our Brooklyn roots and moved into our own factory in Bushwick in 2014. Our current flavors are Original, Jasmine Tea, Pomegranate with Hibiscus, Passion Fruit with Turmeric, 66 Calories with Monk Fruit, and Blood Orange with Meyer Lemon. Our newest product, Bruce Cost Ginger Beer, is now hitting the on premise markets throughout the city. Very soon you will find our "Made-In-Brooklyn" unfiltered ginger beverages in every bar, restaurant, and store.
