SIAL, In-Food and IPA, held jointly, together offer a comprehensive view of the food industry: from manufacturing process and ingredients right through to the finished product.
In 2010, the IPA–SIAL synergy enabled SIAL visitors and exhibitors alike to meet their suppliers and discover the latest food processing and packaging technologies.
IPA clearly demonstrated its worldwide reach: 40,931 visitors, 57% of whom were international visitors, from 150 countries.
45% international exhibitors from 25 countries: managers, decision-makers, experts, and production managers from the food industries all found concrete responses and solutions to their particular projects.
Semi-processed food products and ingredients are crucial links in the food manufacturing chain. In the light of this key role, more than 35,000 professionals came to meet 113 exhibitors from 20 countries in the especially dedicated In-Food area.
